I really don’t know how this ended up so goth looking, but I love it. There were some dark marks on the wood that I was unable to sand out, so I decided to use stencils as a distraction. I think it worked! I am really into the end result. It’s definitely a conversation piece!
This is for sale. $150. Sold 🙂
I am really feeling gray and white this week! I refinished the top, hand painted, stenciled, and sealed the base. I also waxed the inside so that the drawers move smoothly and lined the drawers in an antique floral card stock. This baby was made with love! Only $200. Shoot me an email if you’re interested!
This desk showed up here in pretty bad shape, but there was absolutely NO way that i could resist it’s charm. It has SECRET COMPARTMENTS! I mean, what’s more fun than that? I ended up sanding it down completely. I hand painted, stained, stenciled, and sealed it in poly over the gray. I waxed over the white. I also lined all of the drawers in vintage floral card stock and then sealed it in. This one was made with A LOT of love. It’s for sale. Sold!I’m currently working on a pair of mid century modern end tables in the color scheme. I think the set will be something really special, so stay tuned!
